  1. Anyone who has spent more than five minutes with me over the past year knows about the Sol LeWitt retrospective. I’ve finally gotten around to posting pictures of some of the collateral I created for the show, which will be in our galleries for the next twenty-five years. The base of the design is the simple, geometric letterforms of Avant Garde Gothic as well as the usage of the primary colors (plus black)—both are an homage to LeWitt’s dogmatic use of color and form (in his early and mid-career work, at least).
Advance copies of the catalogue arrived this week and when the book goes on sale to a broader audience next month I’ll post pics of that, too. I’m anxiously looking forward to the response to that!
